Delete Your Ura Account
Request deletion in the app or contact Ura support. Updated 27 September 2026.
Delete in the app
- 1Open Ura and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- 2Go to Settings.
- 3Choose Delete Account.
- 4Complete any sign-in verification and confirm deletion.
Request deletion without the app
Email support@uraapp.com with the subject “Ura account deletion request”. Use your account email where possible and tell us which Ura account you want removed. Do not send your password, payment-card details or unnecessary health information. We may need to verify that the account is yours.
If you own a Clinic or Organisation Circle, transfer ownership or close it before deleting your account. Contact support if you need help completing this.
What deletion does
Deletion removes your account records and associated content from Ura's active systems, including the synced AI-memory copy and relevant Circle records. Associated Community Outpost submissions, reactions and related account data are removed within 30 days, except where limited retention is legally required.
It does not instantly erase every provider log, backup, support email or record held independently by another recipient. Account-linked analytics and processor records may remain after the in-app action; include these in your deletion request to support. Limited retention may be required for transactions, legal obligations, disputes, security or fraud prevention. See the Privacy Policy for retention and request details.
Apple Health, Watch and subscriptions
Disconnecting Ura or deleting your account does not delete records in Apple Health. You can revoke Ura's read access in Apple's settings. Local iPhone Health/check-in context is cleared through Ura's disconnect and account-deletion controls.
Watch learning is independent of your phone account. On the Watch, turn off gentle nudges and use Delete learned patterns in Ura's settings to clear it.
Account deletion does not cancel your subscription. Cancel through Apple, Google or the payment provider you used to prevent future renewal.
