Common questions
Core Panic Flow is free, with no account setup or subscription required. It includes guided breathing, grounding and check-ins, with options to take more time or change exercises. Premium adds personal AI conversations, Journey and deeper progress tools. Current pricing and any trial eligibility are shown in the app before you subscribe.
You can update the AI preferences available in your installed version, including support style, reply length and guide voice. Newer versions may offer tone previews and additional Panic Flow voice modes. AI features require consent and an internet connection; speaking also requires microphone permission.
Yes. Use the memory controls available in AI Settings to review or remove saved details and turn memory off. Memory keeps concise useful context, not a complete archive of conversations. In newer versions, memory starts on after AI consent unless you previously disabled it, and account sync is optional. AI data sharing is a separate consent choice. Read the privacy policy for how your information is handled.
Where available in your installed version, it is an introductory plan shaped around what you share during onboarding. Explore one day's focus at a time and go at your own pace. Journey continues with practices, reflections and discoveries. This is a guide for small steps, not a promise of recovery within seven days.
Ura is available on both platforms, but new features and designs may arrive at different times. Some previews on this website show newer iPhone designs that may not yet be in your installed release. Check your installed app and store listing for availability. iPhone supports Home and Lock Screen widgets; Android has a Home Screen panic widget. Widget options differ by platform and version.
For an App Store subscription, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Ura → Cancel Subscription. For Google Play, open your subscriptions in Google Play, choose Ura and cancel. Use the store account that made the purchase. See Apple's cancellation guide or Google Play's guide for help. Deleting Ura does not cancel a subscription.
For an App Store purchase, request a refund through Apple. For Google Play, follow Google Play's refund process. The store handles requests under its policy; applicable consumer rights still apply. Lifetime access is governed by the offer made when you purchased it and does not remove refund rights. For a direct Ura purchase or help with a store request, email support@uraapp.com. See our purchase and refund terms.
Sign in to the same Ura account to access your synced account information. For an App Store or Google Play purchase, use the store account that made the purchase and choose Restore Purchases in Ura if needed. A purchase may be linked to the Ura account that originally bought it; signing in to a different account may not restore access. Contact support before assuming a purchase transfers between stores. Some preferences and saved information may be device-specific. If access or progress looks different, email us before creating another account.
Sign in to the account you want to delete, then choose Delete Account in Settings. Clinic and Organisation owners must transfer or close their managed Circles first. Deletion removes account records and associated content from Ura's active systems; associated Outpost content is removed within 30 days, except where limited retention is legally required. Provider logs, backups, billing records, support emails and independently held recipient records may remain as explained in our Privacy Policy. Account deletion does not cancel a subscription or remotely clear independent Watch learning. See deletion instructions, or email support@uraapp.com for help or additional deletion requests.
Try closing and reopening Ura, then check the App Store or Google Play for an update. For voice support, check that microphone access and AI data sharing are enabled, and that your device is online. If the issue continues, email support@uraapp.com with your device model, app version, operating system and what happened. Do not include private conversation details unless you want to share them.
Ura offers wellbeing tools and support for self-reflection. It does not diagnose conditions, provide medical treatment or replace professional care. Ura is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent medical help, contact your local emergency services.
Invite trusted people using a private Circle code or link. Supporters can join free. You decide when to send a support request and what to share. Starting Panic Flow does not automatically notify your Circle, and your AI conversation is not automatically shared.
